"We live on this Earth as simple guests, the first task of the farmer is to respect the land and its fruits to be preserved for future generations", so Andrea introduced me to the philosophy with which he carries out his work. A living wine is an authentic wine, which allows its personality to evolve in a natural way without the intervention of chemistry, from the vineyard to the cellar.
I like to know the personality of a wine: the territory from which it comes, the variety of grapes it is made of and the hand of the winemaker who nourished and transformed it. Because that's where I encounter the thrill of relating to someone who is true, sincere, authentic. Not with all these "someone", of course, love takes place: some I like more and others less, some are too complex and others too simple, but as Mario Soldati says: "I have yet to repeat that good and true wine is he like a person who judges himself only with Love, and who somehow reflects everything that gave him life, and the place, and the day, and the hour of the meeting? "
